In accordance with campus guidelines, face coverings (over the nose and mouth) are required for all guests throughout the entire game and while on UF campus. This includes when guests are entering and exiting the stadium. Guests may only remove face coverings while eating and drinking but you should be stationary and maintain physical distancing. Failure to comply with this important health guideline could result in loss of ticket privileges.
First Aid Stations
There are eight (8) locations inside the Stadium for medical treatment: outside both Gates 2 and 3, between Gates 13 and 14, and behind section 53 (2nd level). Additionally, stations are centrally located on each level of the North End Zone, and in the South end of Evans Champions Club.

A first-aid representative will be located outside each station for a pre-screen process before guests will be permitted to enter the first aid station.
Florida Gators App
In the continued effort to create a championship experience for Gator Nation, the University Athletic Association partnered with VenueNext to design and build an app that augments and enhances the fan experience at all its events.
After the fan downloads the app, it can be connected to their Ticketmaster account so tickets (season, package, or single-game) can be stored inside it for entry into Ben Hill Griffin Stadium using their phone. This feature will be available for all fans this fall.
Students also will have the ability to access their tickets via the mobile app. Their tickets, with seat locations, will be sent directly to students on their phone during the week of a home game.
Once in the stadium, fans will be able to make in-app concessions purchases (i.e. purchase an item in the app and pick up their order at an express pick up line) and store credit card information on the app so cash or a physical credit card won’t be necessary if a fan desires a cashless experience.
All gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
There will be 10 gates (West 1-4, North 7-8, East 12, 13 and 15, South 16 and 18), plus the Skybox lobby and Champions Club entrance to enter the stadium. Fans are encouraged to use the gate nearest to their seats to reduce congestion and increase safety. All tickets will be mobile (thus contactless) through the Gators App, with ticketing staff instructed not to touch a fan’s phone.
Students must enter through either gate 12, 13 or 15.
Our guest service staff members are easy to spot in bright green shirts and ready to assist all fans with information, directions, lost and found items, lost children, emergency paging and other services.
