Car Accident: Our client was driving on the highway when a semi-truck in on-coming traffic collided with another vehicle and, then, spun into the client’s vehicle. Our client’s vehicle was trapped under the semi and he had to be cut from the car. The semi driver was arrested and charged with DUI. His BAC was four times the legal limit.
