North Gainesville Baptist Church is an independent, Baptist Church using the King James Bible. Our philosophy of ministry is very simple: we want to see the lost saved, and the saved spiritually growing and serving Christ. We have a vision and determination to fulfill God’s Great Commission through Gospel preaching and worldwide missions.

We are a diverse church that believes “For there is no respect of persons with God.”

Our services are centered around practical preaching and teaching from God’s Word, Christ-honoring music, and warm and friendly fellowship.

Pastor Marty and his wife Angie both graduated from Bob Jones University. Pastor Marty also graduated from Pensacola Theological Seminary with a Masters Degree in Biblical Exposition. While going to college, Pastor Marty served as Assistant Pastor at Faith Baptist Church in Reidville, SC for four years while completing his degree in Bible. Angie taught sixth grade at Grace Gospel Church in Huntington, WV. She later taught various subjects at Bob Jones University’s Home satellite program. Pastor Marty served as Youth Pastor, and Assistant Pastor at Gospel Baptist Church in Fort Myers Florida.

In June 2019, Pastor Marty Moon was called to be the Pastor of North Gainesville Baptist Church.

In order to better serve and minister to everyone in our services, we are excited to announce that we have recently equipped our sanctuary with telecoil to accommodate those who use hearing aids while visiting North Gainesville Baptist Church.

Telecoils double hearing aid functionality by enabling the instrument to serve as a customized, wireless loudspeaker.
