Gainesville West

The Westside of Gainesville is considered to be any location from Main Street to the west toward the city limits and beyond.

This includes the Jonesville area, City of Newberry, Archer Rd, and Southwest Gainesville heading toward I-75. Gainesville West has recently experienced a boom in expansion due in part to the city government’s vision of a new American city that focuses on transportation, youth, economic development and equitable housing. Gainesville West is home to live work communities such as to Town of Tioga, Haile Village Center, Celebration Point, Butler Plaza, and Magnolia Park to the north.
